Goodness ... it has been over a year since I have posted. I think it is high time I start to post again. I will start with this nice little thingy below. I LOOVE e-mealz and am highly recommending it! If anything, just take a look and see all the different meal plans they offer. I went with el-basic "Wal-Mart for 2". You may choose a low-carb or low-fat plan or family plans for 4-7 people. AND it provides you with a shopping list too!! It is pretty neat and EXTREMELY cost effective! My boss, Scott, uses this and now has me hooked. I hope you at least take a look around.
